shrinkiatry context

The Tripler Army Medical Center psychiatry residency is Hawai'i's military training program, and one of only a couple of Army psychiatry residencies in the country. Its residents care for active-duty members, their families, retirees, veterans, and Pacific Island patients, which gives an unusually broad clinical range alongside training specific to military practice, like assessing fitness for duty and communicating with command. Faculty include both military and civilian psychiatrists. It's in Honolulu, at Tripler Army Medical Center.
