shrinkiatry context

Perinatal mental health conditions are common and treatable, but they often surface in an obstetric or primary care visit where there's no psychiatrist in the room. PeriPAN puts one a phone call away for the clinician. For the Atlas, it's the Texas reproductive and maternal mental health entry, alongside Florida's BH IMPACT and the perinatal side of New York's Project TEACH, and it rounds out the consortium's trio with CPAN and TCHATT.
